"Betsy is a master of her craft. She's one of the only PTs and professionals I've experienced while treating injury that made me feel more empowered rather than creating more fear. She's a true athletes PT and made me rethink things in my body I’ve been doing for a long time. I’m so grateful to have found Betsy and she truly makes you feel comfortable discussing any and all things. I love her entire approach.”

— Bill K.

"I had a total knee replacement and was discharged from PT. I wanted to golf and be able to go to the gym but still didn't feel ready despite my discharge. I reached out to Betsy for more care and we spent several sessions working on higher level activities and building my confidence. I played 9 holes yesterday and I feel like I’m back to where I want to be. Thank you so much.”

— April G.

"I discovered Dr. Betsy by chance through my social media algorithm. I saw that she was a PT specializing in pelvic health, a mom, and a fellow crossfitter. After a few visits with two other pelvic floor PTs without real resolution I knew I had to give her a shot. Her thoroughness, apprach and genuine care for her clients in this field are unmatched. From the exam room to testing movements on the weightlifting floor to providing detailed summaries and regular check ins, she went above and beyond. Im so grateful to be symptom free and do what I love without fear, thanks to her.”

— Emily L.

"I had tried traditional PT without any success for my low back pain. Pelvic PT is really the missing piece of the puzzle. Betsy worked with me to strengthen my back, improve my mobility and actually taught me to relax my pelvic floor. My back pain has improved and I can now get off the floor with my grandkids.”

— Aubrey L.

"Betsy is the best, She takes the “whole you” into account when doing her assessment and designing a program to help you not only get better but keep getting better. I saw her for nagging back pain that despite my best efforts was getting worse as I got stronger in the gym. She gave me one cue that helped immediately and that gave me the courage to continue healing throughout the day and throughout my workouts. - not just tied to a treatment table. More than a great assessment and personalized exercises, working with Betsy gave me hope that I could not only get out of pain but that I could keep moving in the gym and in my life."

— Kelly G.

"I worked with Betsy virtually due to a long waitlist with a local PT. I was hesitant to do a virtual appointment for my symptoms but I would 10/10 recommend. She is kind, encouraging and really made me feel seen.”

— Christina C.

"I took Betsy's pelvic workshop, it was fun, interactive, funny and super comfortable. I learned so much about my body that I had no idea about. Really cool workshop.”

— Brooke F.

"I took Betsy's deadlift and pelvic floor workshop and I left feeling way more confident in both my breathing and bracing techniques.”

I treat out of two local gyms, virtually or for an additional fee home visits can be arranged.

Evaluation is approximately 1 hour. Treatment is 1 hour. We are 1:1 the entire time.

  Nothing, come as you are.

My goal is to teach you what you need to know to be on your own. This question is hard to answer as every client history is different and specific to you. Together we can create a plan that you are comfortable with to reach your goals.

I am a mom, I understand things happen, childcare is hard to come by, life is crazy. Bring your kiddos to your session, we will make it work!

Something you can move in. If you’re being seen for an orthopedic condition, please make sure we can expose the area being treated. (ex: knee pain, please wear shorts or loose pants!)

No, you never have to do anything you do not want to do. Some people choose to never have an internal exam while others may choose to do it at a later time. It does provide extra information for me but is NEVER required.

Nope, you don't have to! If you wear a menstrual disc/cup, you can use that. Otherwise, if you don't care, I don't care.

No, we will do an evaluation and determine a treatment plan for most conditions.
